Returns

No refunds or returns accepted for cardstock, idea books, magazines, paper, ribbons, software, stickers, special orders, stamps, unpackaged embellishments.

Packaged product will only be accepted for return within 14 days of purchase, with receipt.

Class Payment & Cancellations

Effective January 1st, 2010:  Payment is required at time of sign up. You may either sign up in person, or over the phone with a credit card. 

Our cancellation policy for all classes and Friday night crops is 72 hours for a refund.  No refunds will be given for cancellations with less than 72 hours notice.  We have a two-week cancellation policy for all 3-day crops and National Scrapbook Day events. 

Privacy

First, we only ask you to provide information that we need in order to deliver the products, services or information you have requested.

Secondly, we don’t share the information you have given us with any person or organization external to Scrapbook U. We do not sell your name and/or personal information to anyone.

If our information practices change at some time in the future, we will post the policy changes here on the site. If you are concerned about how your information is being used, you should check back here periodically, or send us e-mail.
